You Understand RSD.

Now You Want to Know How to Live With It Differently.

Maybe learning about rejection sensitivity finally gave you words for experiences you've struggled to explain for years.

The intense reaction to criticism.

The sinking feeling when someone's tone changes.

The hours spent replaying conversations.

The need to know whether someone is upset with you.

The defensiveness.

The withdrawing.

The people-pleasing.

The overexplaining.

The opportunities you've avoided because failing—or being judged—felt too risky.

Understanding the pattern can be incredibly validating.

But eventually, another question comes:

“Okay. I know what's happening. What do I actually DO about it?”

That's why I created RSD Resilience.

RSD Resilience Isn't About "Mastering" RSD.

And I'm not going to promise you that you'll never feel rejected again.

That's not realistic.

Instead, RSD Resilience is about learning to recognize your patterns earlier, understand what's happening when emotions surge, and develop skills that help you respond more intentionally.

Over time, you can begin moving from:

Reacting → Recognizing

Assuming → Checking the story

Protecting → Choosing

Shame → Understanding

Disconnection → Repair

Fear → Resilience

You may still feel the sting of rejection.

But you don't have to automatically follow wherever that feeling takes you.

Imagine Handling the Next Spiral Differently.

Your partner's tone changes.

Your boss gives you feedback.

Someone doesn't answer your message.

You feel left out.

You make a mistake.

You notice that familiar feeling in your stomach.

Your thoughts begin racing.

But this time...

You recognize it.

I'm being triggered.

You notice the emotional surge.

You notice the story your mind is beginning to build.

You notice the urge to explain, apologize, withdraw, defend yourself, seek reassurance, or immediately fix everything.

And instead of automatically reacting...

You create a little space.

Maybe you use a skill you've practiced.

Maybe you check the story.

Maybe you wait before sending the text.

Maybe you communicate what you're feeling without attacking, withdrawing, or erasing your own needs.

And maybe something that once would have consumed your entire day begins taking up a little less space.

That's resilience.

Not never getting triggered.

Learning how to find your way through it.

PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR REAL-LIFE RSD MOMENTS

Information matters.

But when you're in the middle of a spiral, you need more than information.

You'll receive practical tools, exercises, worksheets, and resources designed to help you apply what you're learning when rejection sensitivity actually shows up.

Because the goal isn't simply:

“I understand RSD.”

It's:

“I recognize what's happening—and I have something I can do next.”

LIVE WEEKLY Q&A + SUPPORT

Knowing what to do in theory and figuring out how to apply it to real life are two different things.

That's why members have opportunities to bring questions, situations, and challenges to live support sessions.

Come with a question.

Come to listen.

Or simply come because you're having a difficult week and want to be around people who understand.

You never have to share more than you're comfortable sharing.

A PRIVATE, SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY

RSD can be incredibly isolating.

Especially when you're surrounded by people who don't understand why something affected you so deeply.

Inside RSD Resilience, you'll be surrounded by people who understand what it's like to:

Replay the conversation.

Read into the tone.

Fear disappointing someone.

Want reassurance.

Shut down.

Overexplain.

Or wonder whether you're “too much.”

This community is intentionally designed to be supportive, respectful, non-shaming, and RSD-aware.

You don't have to perform here.

You don't have to have the perfect response.

You can learn alongside people who understand.

MONTHLY DEEP-DIVE WORKSHOPS

Each month, we'll explore an important aspect of living with rejection sensitivity in greater depth.

Reassurance Seeking

People-Pleasing & Self-Erasure

Boundaries Without the Guilt Spiral

Handling Criticism

Think of it as your RSD toolbox.

You won't need every tool every day.

This Membership May Be For You If...

You understand rejection sensitivity intellectually but still struggle when it actually happens.

You frequently replay conversations or interactions.

You worry that people are angry, disappointed, or pulling away.

You seek reassurance but often find the relief doesn't last.

You become defensive, withdraw, overexplain, apologize, or people-please when you feel rejected.

You struggle to separate what happened from what you fear it means.

Rejection sensitivity creates conflict in your relationships.

You avoid opportunities because criticism, embarrassment, or failure feels overwhelming.

You've downloaded resources, watched videos, or read about RSD—but want help actually practicing the skills.

Or you're simply tired of trying to figure this out by yourself.

You don't need to wait until you're “better” to belong here.

What RSD Resilience Is NOT

This isn't a promise to cure rejection sensitivity.

It isn't about becoming emotionally invulnerable.

It isn't about never needing reassurance.

It isn't about learning to suppress your feelings.

And it isn't about blaming every difficult interaction on RSD.

It's about understanding yourself more clearly.

Learning skills.

Practicing different responses.

Repairing when things don't go the way you hoped.

And gradually becoming more confident in your ability to handle difficult emotional moments.

You Don't Have to Participate Perfectly, Either.

If you experience rejection sensitivity, joining a community can feel intimidating.

What if I say something wrong?

What if people judge me?

What if I don't participate enough?

What if everyone else seems further along than I am?

You are welcome to begin quietly.

Watch the lessons.

Attend a Q&A and listen.

Read community conversations.

Use the resources privately.

And participate when you're ready.

Connection doesn't require performance.

Hi, I'm Molly.

I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, educator, and founder of RSD Resilience.

But my understanding of rejection sensitivity isn't only professional.

It's personal.

When I first learned about rejection sensitivity, I experienced an overwhelming sense of recognition:

“Wait...there's a name for this?”

Suddenly, experiences throughout my life began making sense.

I could see the ways fear of rejection had affected my relationships, shaped how I communicated, influenced my professional life, and sometimes kept me from pursuing opportunities because visibility also meant risking judgment.

I began recognizing these patterns within my family as well.

And I saw how quickly rejection sensitivity could create cycles of hurt, defensiveness, misunderstanding, withdrawal, and more hurt.

Learning to recognize and manage those patterns changed my relationships and my family.

Not because rejection sensitivity disappeared.

Because we finally understood what was happening—and began learning what to do differently.

I created RSD Resilience so other people wouldn't have to spend years trying to piece this together alone.

Support.

Because understanding something doesn't automatically make it easy to change.

Skills.

Because resilience develops through practice--not just information.

Connection.

Because rejection sensitivity can feel incredibly lonely when nobody around you seems to understand.

Put those together, and you have something much more powerful than another course you purchase and never open.

You have a place to keep practicing.

Choose What Happens Next.

You don't need to become someone who never feels rejected.

You don't need to stop caring what anyone thinks.

And you don't need to handle every difficult situation perfectly.

You can become someone who notices the spiral sooner.

Someone who questions the story before automatically believing it.

Someone who can experience a powerful emotion without letting that emotion make every decision.

Someone who can repair instead of disappearing into shame.

Someone who can pursue relationships and opportunities even when rejection is possible.

Rejection may still hurt.

But it doesn't have to decide what happens next.
